bjii Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1 Definitions

"Platform" refers to the bjii website and all associated services, including the game library, payment systems, customer support, promotional systems, and account management tools accessible at bjii.bet. "Account" means a registered user account created on the bjii Platform by a natural person aged 21 or older. "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a player's bjii account, comprising real-money deposits and any bonus funds credited to the account subject to applicable wagering requirements. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits added to an account by bjii that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.

"Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including submission and verification of government-issued identity documents and proof of payment method ownership.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To register a bjii account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system) aged 21 years or older.
• You are registering an account for your own personal recreational use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bjii or had a bjii account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep that information updated at all times.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred while using the bjii platform.

bjii reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not become binding until bjii has confirmed the account via the verification process. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bjii account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members. bjii will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
• You must notify bjii support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• bjii uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all login sessions and transactions. However, you are responsible for the security of the device you use to access your bjii account.
• If you use a shared or public device to access bjii, you must log out manually after every session and ensure you do not save your password in any browser's autofill function.

bjii will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or your failure to promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

bjii supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. All payment methods are subject to change without notice. Check the Deposit and Withdrawal pages in your account for the current list.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay); ৳500 via bank transfer or card.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned less any transaction fees incurred.
• bjii processes bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 6 business hours.
• bjii reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending KYC completion.

bjii does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bjii's control. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once confirmed by the payment network.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bjii offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and T20 World Cup. The availability of specific offers varies and is subject to change without notice.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's attached terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times by creating duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements for each offer are stated in the attached promotional terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino games, and certain crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified per promotion.
• bjii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any decision made by bjii in relation to promotional offers is final.

6 Identity Verification (KYC)

bjii is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on player accounts to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming requirements. KYC verification may be triggered at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or when a player's account reaches a cumulative deposit or withdrawal threshold.

When KYC verification is required, you will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence issued in Bangladesh).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days showing your registered address).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name).
• Source of funds documentation where transactions exceed thresholds determined by bjii's compliance team.

7 Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjii platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including deposits and winnings), and may result in referral to appropriate legal authorities.

Prohibited activities include: operating multiple accounts on bjii under the same or different identities; depositing funds derived from illegal activity; using automated software (bots, scripts, or macros) to interact with the bjii platform or games; explo iting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in games to gain an unfair advantage; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; using any form of artificial intelligence, deep learning, or card counting software to gain an advantage over the house or other players; impersonating another player or bjii staff member; providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC; and attempting to reverse a legitimate deposit after receiving bonus funds (chargeback fraud).

8 Responsible Gaming

bjii is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All players are encouraged to set personal spending and time limits on their accounts. Self-management tools available to all bjii account holders include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 months), and permanent self-exclusion.

• Deposit limits, once set, can only be increased after a mandatory 72-hour cooling period. Decreases to limits take effect immediately.
• Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon activation. During self-exclusion, the account is fully suspended: no login, no deposit, no withdrawal request, and no marketing communications. Players wishing to reinstate their account after a timed self-exclusion must contact bjii support at [email protected] and allow a mandatory 7-day reflection period before reinstatement.
• Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Once a permanent self-exclusion is activated, bjii will not reinstate the account under any circumstances.
• bjii may suspend or close an account if the platform identifies patterns of play that suggest a player is experiencing gambling-related harm, even in the absence of a formal self-exclusion request from the player.
• Players who feel that gambling may be negatively affecting their lives are encouraged to contact bjii support at [email protected] at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bjii platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, page layouts, colour schemes, and all other intellectual property displayed or accessible through the bjii website, is owned by or licensed to bjii and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bjii platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content on the bjii platform without bjii's prior written consent, except as permitted under these Terms. Unauthorised use of bjii's intellectual property will result in account suspension and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjii and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bjii platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if bjii has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bjii's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the bjii platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your bjii account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bjii's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bjii's gross negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

11 Amendments to Terms

bjii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bjii will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it remains your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms is always the version published on this page.

• Continued use of the bjii platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must stop using the bjii platform immediately and contact bjii support to initiate account closure.
• bjii will maintain an archive of previous versions of these Terms upon reasonable written request to [email protected].

12 Termination and Account Closure

You may close your bjii account at any time by contacting bjii support at [email protected]. Upon requesting account closure, bjii will process any withdrawable balance remaining in your account to your registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

bjii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account and forfeit all associated funds where bjii reasonably determines that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bjii platform shall be referred first to bjii's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact bjii support at [email protected] with a written description of your complaint. bjii will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.

bjii's decision in any dispute shall be final and binding unless a material procedural error is demonstrated in writing within 14 days of bjii's decision. bjii expressly disclaims liability for any losses arising as a result of technical failures, server outages, or interruptions to third-party payment services that are outside bjii's direct operational control.
